ERLING KAGGE is a Norwegian polar explorer, mountaineer, author, lawyer, serial entrepreneur, and publisher. Over the past twenty-five years, he has been a pioneer in the world of exploration―he was the first to walk alone to the South Pole and has sailed around Cape Horn to the Antarctic and the Galapagos Islands. He has done lecture tours around the world, sharing his curiosity to learn and discover. Currently he is a successful entrepreneur in the publishing industry and serves at the board of Astrup Fearnley Museum for Modern Art.
